SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days. In case of delay, we will notify you by email or phone.

**FREE SHIPPING will apply for orders within the Contiguous USA. For shipping costs to AK, HI and outside the US, please contact customer service.

TAXES: For orders shipped within the state of Ohio, a 6.5% Sales Tax will be applied. For orders shipped within the state of Indiana, a 7% Sales Tax will be applied. All other delivery locations will not incur sales tax.

RETURN POLICY: · Pet Beds N Things makes returns easy. You just simply return your order within 30 days.

· The customer must first obtain a return authorization by contacting Pet Beds N Things via email at sales@petbedsnthings.com or by calling (866)707-0598.

· Pet Beds N Things will refund or credit the value of the merchandise and any taxes charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

· Circle the item you wish to return on a copy of your original packing slip or email confirmation and indicate a reason for return.

· Please provide a telephone number or email address so we may contact you.

· Any items, which are marked or “Final Sale” or “Closeout”, are non-returnable.

· Pet Beds N Things cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled.

· All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT? Please contact Pet Beds N Things immediately if you believe your product is defective or was damaged in transit. We will arrange for a return-shipping label. When your return is received, we will inspect your product. If your product is found to be defective, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. If your product is found not to be defective, return shipping fees and the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Note: All defective returns must be made within 10 days.
